Q: How do we contact you?
A: Call or email us - although we do not have a physical location you can visit, we offer shipping and pick up as well as delivery options.

Q: What is the best format for a logo or image?
A: Logo/Image artwork is accepted in a variety of different formats. The preferred formats are: .EPS, .TIF, .AI, .BMP, .JPG, and .PNG. Please avoid sending logos/images in PDF's and word formats and embedded in Word documents. All logos/images should be at least 300 DPI or better to ensure quality of logo/image. We are also able to scan in photos that you may not have in electronic format depending upon the quality of the photo.

Q: Can I receive a quote?
A: Absolutely! Send us an email or give us a call with what you are looking for and we'll give you a quote or call you for more information to give you a quote, usually within an hour.

Q: Can you create a custom award for me?
A: Custom awards are our specialty. We can create almost any design to fit your needs. All we need are your ideas, quantity, budget and timeline. We will take care of the rest!

Q: Limited Engraving?
A: We do not limit the amount of engraving that can be applied to our product. Please keep in mind the size of the engraving area when submitting your wording as the designers and engraving team will use their best judgment. Scripts and font size may be decreased in order for engraving to fit on the allotted space.

Q: Can you engrave on items not purchased from your store?
A: Yes. We do not charge an extra fee for items that are not purchased from us. The engraving cost is based on the product being engraved and the amount of engraving text. For better service, email the item and information you want engraved, and discuss engraving with one of our engraving specialists, as there may be limitations that apply. It should be noted that not all items are made with material that can be engraved. If the item cannot be engraved, another option can usually be given.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A:
• Credit Card Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. When providing credit card information please include your order number, type of card, card number, security code, expiration date, full name and billing address as it appears on the card. Information regarding account will be held entirely confidential. When paying by credit card, you will be charged 100% of the amount stated on your receipt as soon as we start working on your order. This secures the merchandise and puts the order into production to be customized. We do NOT keep credit card information on file.
• Check Payments: Checks may be accepted from companies with approved credit. Personal checks are accepted, but a returned check fee of $25.00 will be assessed in the event a check is returned for insufficient funds.
• Purchase Orders and Payment Terms: Dover Enterprises / Unique Awards and Engraving reserves the right to grant payment terms. If you are granted payment terms, you agree that if you are late paying your invoice, a 1.5% per month (18% per annum) finance charge or the maximum charge permitted by law may be assessed against all accounts with past due balances. You agree to pay all the company's reasonable attorney's fees and all collection agency fees incurred in the collection of any amount owed hereunder and not paid when due.
